I am hoping that this blog will keep me writing, as often I get ideas but never write them down… not a good way to be a prolific writer. A very wise person, …and I can’t remember who right now, said, “The secret of writing is writing.” Very sorry that I can’t remember who said that, but there it is.
Maybe I will Google that and get back to you.

I would be glad to swap ideas and thoughts about writing with you. Um, I don’t have any just now. But I am trying to write more. I find committing to the daily blog post helps. I’m also trying to write more letters, post cards and entries in the TV journal. But I’m not very organized about it. Any suggestions?
I think it’s like a habit you have to develop. If there is something you do every day, take 5 minutes to jot something down before you do that task or after, sort of like taking pills at a certain time of day. Still working on that myself. There also has to be some thinking time, so you can let your mind create while doing other things like housework, or driving. I really need time to close my eyes and let my mind wander.
